چکیده

Objective We aimed to compare the labor analgesia effects of nonpharmaceutical and pharmaceutical on parturient women. Methods One hundred four women with spontaneous births were selected randomly divided into groups. Before after analgesia, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), satisfaction serum pain stress factors (substance P [SP], neuropeptide Y [NPY], nerve growth factor [NGF], prostaglandin E2 [PGE2]), duration labor, vaginal bleeding at 2 h postpartum, postpartum urinary retention dysuria incidence, Apgar score 1 min 5 birth, neonatal cord blood gas analysis (pH, partial pressure oxygen [PO2], carbon dioxide [PCO2], lactate [Lac]) compared in two Results VAS scores lower was higher group than (all p < .05). Serum levels SP, NPY, NGF, PGE2 those The first second stages longer volume greater Reduced Lac PCO2 increased PO2 level found comparison Conclusion This study demonstrates that analgesic effect condition are better but analgesia.
